I am a Maryville resident and familiar with surrounding communities including Blount, Sevier, Knox and Loudon. I have experience in all facets of real estate including residential resale, new construction, land and commercial. I possess negotiating skills to achieve optimum transactions. My experience and education aid in eliminating unforeseen problems and take you through each step of the real estate transaction.

My awards include Award of Merit 2003 – 2006, Coldwell Banker Sterling, Presidents Circle and President’s Elite, 2007-2011 Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Diamond Award of Excellence. I was Coldwell Banker Nelson Realtors top producer for 2005-2010 and the top Buyer’s agent for 2004. I was the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in Tennessee for 2009 and for 1st quarter of 2010, I was the #4 agent in the state.

My education has been through the Professional School of Real Estate in Knoxville, TN, and the Blount and Knox County Association of Realtors. I am a member of the TN Association of Realtors, Knoxville Area Multiple Listing Service both residential and commercial, and the National Association of Realtors. I received my GRI designation in 2006 and I received my Broker designation in 2009.
